Job Overview

Seastar Marine Supply Pte Ltd, an established electrical distributor in Singapore specializing in marine and offshore equipment since 2007, is looking for a reliable Despatch Rider based at Benoi Road. This full-time position handles daily collection and delivery of small parcels, electrical parts, and supplies across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect parcels, small equipment, and marine supplies from vendors and suppliers multiple times daily and transport them back to the head office.
• Deliver urgent components and supplies to designated client premises, shipyards, and logistics hubs.
• Operate motorcycle safely while strictly adhering to Singapore traffic regulations and corporate safety standards.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with suppliers, dispatch coordinators, and internal logistics teams.
• Plan and optimize daily dispatch routes to ensure prompt collection and scheduled drop-offs.
• Assist with general logistics coordination and support ad-hoc dispatch requests as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore motorcycle riding license (Class 2B / 2A / 2) with a clean driving record.
• Must own a personal motorcycle fitted with a secure rear storage box suitable for goods delivery.
• Fresh entrants or candidates with at least 1 year of dispatch, courier, or delivery experience are welcome to apply.
• Good route-planning and time management capabilities to execute multiple runs daily.
• Polite customer service attitude and good communication skills when liaising with vendors and colleagues.
