Job Summary

Thunder Chicken (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is hiring an energetic and dependable Dishwasher to support restaurant cleanliness and hygiene across islandwide dining outlets. This entry-level role requires no prior experience and provides full on-the-job training in kitchen sanitation and dishware maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store tableware, kitchen utensils, cookware, and culinary equipment.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain dining floor spaces, service stations, and food prep areas to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Empty trash bins, clear food waste, and dispose of rubbish in accordance with environmental hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of restroom facilities and assigned common operational areas.
• Strictly adhere to workplace safety and food hygiene regulations to ensure a safe dining and kitchen environment.
• Support restaurant supervisors and managers with ad-hoc cleaning and logistical tasks during operating shifts.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced F&B service setting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• No prior work experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out active standing and cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Flexible and able to work on weekends and Public Holidays based on operational rosters.
• Good team player with a positive attitude toward kitchen hygiene.
