Job Overview
Conveyor Services Pte. Ltd. is hiring an experienced, reliable, and team-oriented Dispatch Rider to manage critical legal document routing and financial conveyancing dispatches across Singapore. In addition to daily document pickups and deliveries between law firms and banks, this full-time contract role involves leading and coordinating a team of riders, ensuring time-critical completion of options, and forwarding redemption monies before morning banking cutoffs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect confidential legal documents from clients' offices, law firms, and corporate partners accurately and efficiently.
- Sort, verify, and organize legal instruments, title deeds, and conveyancing paperwork systematically prior to dispatch runs.
- Deliver sorted legal files and conveyancing documents punctually to commercial banks, legal practices, and statutory boards to meet strict regulatory and transaction deadlines.
- Attend to execution of options, exchange of contracts, and legal completion attendance as part of daily operational support.
- Ensure the strict and timely delivery of redemption monies to banks before 10:00 AM daily.
- Plan daily dispatch schedules, optimize delivery routes across the island, and coordinate team task assignments.
- Supervise, lead, and mentor a team of dispatch riders to uphold high service accountability and speed.
- Make swift, informed operational decisions under time pressure to navigate traffic conditions and last-minute urgent filings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must own a personal motorcycle / bike with a valid Singapore Class 2 / 2A / 2B riding license to carry out daily deliveries.
- Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience with demonstrated team coordination or supervisory background.
- Prior working experience in legal dispatch, particularly in conveyancing procedures and bank document handovers, is strongly preferred.
- Strong familiarity with Singapore roads, financial institutions, and central law firm locations.
- High degree of integrity, punctuality, accountability, and ability to handle confidential and high-value financial instruments.
