Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring and building strong relationships with both new and existing clients. They will provide high-value customer service and actively create opportunities to develop lasting customer relationships. The candidate will ensure that all delivery standards are met to achieve total client satisfaction. They will be expected to work more independently with lesser assistance as they progress in the role. They will also collaborate closely with teammates to plan for future achievements and consistently strive to meet or exceed clients’ expectations.
Required qualifications
The candidate is not required to have any formal higher education degree. They should be legally eligible to work in Singapore. The candidate must be fully capable of and open to traveling, as overseas travel opportunities are a major component of this role. They must be highly adaptable to managing their own schedule through flexi-hours.
Experience needed
This is a fresh and entry-level position spanning the advertising, media, and customer service sectors. The candidate is not required to have any prior working experience. Comprehensive 1-on-1 mentorship and tailored training regarding client acquisition and relationship management will be fully provided to the selected candidates.
Skills and competencies
The candidate should have a strong passion for a sales career and team management. They must possess a good learning attitude towards the provided training. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact smoothly with a wide variety of people. They should be highly results-oriented with strong time management skills, able to follow operational instructions carefully, and maintain a fun yet professional attitude at work.
