KEPPEL CAPITAL INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Part-time Admin Assistant to provide critical support to their finance department. This Temporary role is based at the prestigious Keppel Bay Tower and is ideal for individuals with a strong background in administrative tasks who can handle sensitive financial documentation.
📋 Key Responsibilities
The role involves a high volume of document processing and logistical coordination to support accounts closing and payment cycles:
Financial Administration: Provide general secretarial support to the finance team, including downloading bank statements, casting (mathematically verifying totals), and preparing collation for compliance audits.
Payment Logistics: Manage the collection and distribution of cheque payments, including physically depositing them at relevant banks.
Documentation & Archiving: Scan and e-file documents, obtain necessary signatures from approvers, and collate invoices. This includes uploading all supporting documents required for accounts closing and payment processing.
Bank Liaison: Assist with administrative changes in bank account signatories and manage the logistical side of finance through courier arrangements.
Ad-hoc Support: Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the management.
🎓 Job Requirements
Education: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
Experience: Requires at least 1 year of experience in administrative duties.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is essential for report generation and data entry tasks.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. You must be meticulous, show initiative, and be capable of working with minimum supervision.
Environment: Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
