Food Production Manager

HO HENG FOOD & ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Food Production Manager to oversee and assist in their food processing operations. Based in Woodlands, this Permanent, Full-Time role is ideal for those who are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Responsibilities

The role involves managing the full production cycle from raw material preparation to final packaging:

• Production Oversight: Operate specialized food processing and packaging equipment efficiently while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

• Material Preparation: Measure and organize raw materials to ensure they are ready for processing to meet daily production needs.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the company’s quality and safety requirements. You will also oversee the accurate packing and labeling of products before shipment.

• Hygiene Management: Ensure the work area is cleaned and sanitized regularly to maintain strict food hygiene and prevent contamination.

• Target Management: Manage tasks effectively within scheduled hours to achieve daily production targets.

• Safety Compliance: Consistently follow food safety and workplace safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

🎓 Required Competencies

• Experience: While listed as a Manager role, it is open to those with no prior experience, as training is provided.

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods to perform repetitive tasks essential to continuous production.

• Food Hygiene: A basic understanding of food hygiene principles is preferred, though a strong willingness to learn is also accepted.

• Work Week: 6 days a week.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: $3,200 to $4,500.
