Job Overview

Gan Teck Kar Investments Pte Ltd, a prominent food distribution and manufacturing enterprise, is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Food Production Packers to join its production and packing operations at LOGOS Food21 on Tuas West Drive (short walking distance from Tuas Link MRT). This full-time, entry-level role is responsible for packaging finished food goods, conducting quality checks, labeling, and palletizing products under stringent food hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack, seal, and label food items accurately according to production line orders and product specifications.
• Perform visual inspections and quality assessments on food products before sealing and packaging.
• Assemble cartons, fold boxes, and stage packaging materials for seamless packing flow.
• Stack, wrap, and palletize finished packaged cartons securely for warehouse staging and cold room dispatch.
• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards across the packing station, conveyor equipment, and surrounding production floor.
• Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), food safety protocols, and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist production supervisors with ad-hoc factory and packaging duties as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• No prior working experience required; entry-level applicants and career starters are welcome (on-the-job training provided).
• Prior experience in food packing, food processing, or warehouse packing is advantageous.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks with precision.
• High attention to detail, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good team player with positive workplace communication.
