UNITED EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is recruiting a Food Production Technician on behalf of WEI ZHONG FOODSTUFF MANUFACTURER. This Full Time role is critical for maintaining high-volume food manufacturing standards while ensuring strict adherence to Singapore’s food safety regulations.
Core Responsibilities
The role balances technical machinery operation with meticulous quality control and compliance:
Production Operations: Operate and monitor industrial food processing equipment. You will assist in the preparing, mixing, cooking, and packaging of food products according to precise recipes to meet efficiency targets.
Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct routine checks to maintain product consistency. You are responsible for identifying and resolving defects in raw materials or finished products while maintaining high sanitation standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to HACCP and GMP regulations. Maintain accurate records of batch numbers and production processes to support regulatory audits.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery. You will identify mechanical issues and help implement corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Requires 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with food processing techniques.
Technical Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude for handling production machinery and the ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Physical Stamina: Must have the stamina to handle long shifts and repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting.
Working Hours & Schedule
The role requires early morning starts and weekend commitment:
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Availability: Must work on Sundays and Public Holidays (a day off in lieu on a weekday will be provided).
Salary & Details
Monthly Salary: $3,500 to $4,500.
Location: Islandwide.
