Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the cafes to meet or actively exceed strict standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness. They will ensure that friendly and exceptional customer service is provided at all times. The candidate will conduct weekly inventory stock checks accurately. They will be proficient in daily operation tasks, which include cashiering and scooping ice cream. They will also complete any other assigned operational or management tasks as given by the Management or Supervisor from time to time to ensure smooth café operations.
