Job Overview
Creme Works Private Limited, a HALAL, HACCP, and ISO 22000:2018 certified food manufacturing company specializing in premium ice creams and artisanal pastries, is hiring a dedicated and energetic Full Time Ice Cream Production Crew. Based at Shimei East Kitchen along Bedok North Street 5, this role offers an exciting opportunity for dessert lovers to learn and execute commercial frozen dessert production, packing, labeling, and sanitation operations in a certified facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily manufacturing and preparation of ice cream, gelato, and other frozen desserts according to standard recipes and quality benchmarks.
- Weigh, portion, pack, seal, and label finished dessert products accurately for storage and distribution.
- Operate commercial ice cream churners, batch freezers, and packaging equipment safely in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Uphold stringent food hygiene, Halal compliance, HACCP, and ISO 22000 food safety standards at all times.
- Perform daily cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of production machinery, utensils, and workstations.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock rotation (FIFO), and staging raw ingredients in cold storage and ambient dry stores.
- Support general factory housekeeping and adhere to all workplace safety protocols.
Working Hours & Location
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour break). Fixed weekends off.
- Location: Shimei East Kitchen, 3015 Bedok North Street 5, Singapore 486350.
