Graphic Designer - Agape Communications

Job Overview

Agape Communications Pte Ltd, an established strategy-led creative brand agency founded in 1998, is seeking an imaginative, daring Graphic Designer to join its creative team at Waterloo Centre. In this role, you will bridge strategic consulting with creative execution, translating brand concepts into impactful visual narratives across digital, print, and interactive media.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic concepts and creative thinking into high-quality visual outputs across brand identities, print/online advertising campaigns, web designs, and illustrations.
• Maintain and elevate design quality, visual consistency, and aesthetic rigor across all project phases from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams to address client briefs and project parameters.
• Participate in ad-hoc front-end and back-end design tasks to support agency deliverables and digital initiatives.
• Communicate and present creative rationale and design concepts effectively through visual storytelling and verbal presentations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in graphic design or creative agency settings (fresh designers with strong portfolios are also welcome to apply).
• Distinct flair and creativity in graphic design, illustration, or both.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of contemporary design standards, industry best practices, and multi-platform media applications.
