Job Overview

Seiho Sign Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and bilingual Graphic Designer to join its design and sign-making team. Located at Evan Lim Warehouse (183 Ubi Avenue 4), this full-time non-executive role offers a monthly salary ranging from $2,200 to $3,800. You will manage the end-to-end design process—from initial concept and 2D/3D visualizations to detailed CAD layouts, site plans, construction drawings, and final sign artworks within stipulated deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Concept Development: Manage the entire design workflow from conceptualization to final artwork, creating impactful visual solutions for clients.
• Technical & CAD Drafting: Produce site plans, CAD layouts, elevations, construction detail drawings, and design documentation with material specifications.
• Signage & Graphic Production: Prepare production-ready vector and raster files for signage fabrication, advertising boards, and large-format printing.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and Mandarin-speaking associates to ensure precise typesetting and requirement alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in graphic design, signage fabrication, or advertising.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software: AutoCAD, FlexiSign, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Ability to interpret and produce construction detail drawings and technical layouts.
• Good command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and handle Chinese typesetting.
• Creative, passionate, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
