Job Overview

K Meat Club Pte. Ltd. (part of the Initia Group, a premier lifestyle, beauty, and F&B concept leader in Singapore) is hiring skilled, energetic, and customer-focused Grillers for its renowned DRIM Korean Steakhouse outlets located in Orchard (United House, 20 Kramat Lane) and Sentosa. Offering flexible full-time ($2,000 to $2,700/month) and part-time ($18 to $25/hour) arrangements, monthly variable sales incentives, a 1-month annual completion bonus, medical coverage, group dining/salon discounts, and overseas cross-training opportunities, this role involves mastering BBQ grill stations, ensuring pristine food hygiene, and delivering exceptional culinary hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill meats, poultry, and specialized food items according to customer preferences and exacting DRIM Korean Steakhouse quality standards.
• Track meal preparation components carefully to ensure the timely and synchronized completion of final dishes.
• Inspect perishable ingredients and food items regularly for freshness, quality, and proper inventory rotation.
• Implement strict daily measures to prevent food cross-contamination in compliance with NEA food hygiene regulations.
• Keep the grill station, prep counters, and surrounding kitchen areas impeccably clean, organized, and sanitized throughout shifts and during closing.
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks, portioning, slicing, and cross-functional duties outside the grill station to support smooth overall operations.

• Employment Type: Full Time, Part Time.
• Work Locations: DRIM Korean Steakhouse at Orchard (United House, 20 Kramat Lane, Singapore 228773) and Sentosa (Gold).
• Compensation (Full-time): $2,000 to $2,700 per month.
• Compensation (Part-time): $18 to $25 per hour.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on working experience in the F&B service industry, kitchen operations, or as a specialty griller.

• Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, and punctual work ethic.
• Dedicated team player with an understanding of meat portioning, slicing, and kitchen coordination.
