Job Overview

Mokara Sports Pte. Ltd. is seeking a caring, energetic, and child-friendly Gym Floor Assistant (Floor Coordinator) to join its team at Perennial Business City (1 Venture Avenue). Offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from $2,500 to $3,200 on a full-time junior executive basis, this role involves supporting gymnastics coaches with class transitions, supervising children (aged across youth classes), ensuring gym safety, and maintaining a fun and supportive learning environment. No prior gymnastics experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Supervision: Monitor children closely on the gym floor to ensure safety, discipline, and positive engagement during classes.
• Coach Support: Assist coaches in managing class flow, activity transitions, warm-ups, and apparatus rotations.
• Movement Facilitation: Guide students smoothly between stations and maintain orderly traffic flow within the gym to prevent congestion.
• Safety & Well-being: Respond promptly to minor student incidents, escort children to restrooms when needed, and reinforce gym safety rules.
• Operational Assistance: Support equipment setup, tidiness, and packing before, during, and after classes, communicating effectively with coaching staff.

• Employment Type: Full Time (Part-time options may also depend on class schedules).

• Work Schedule: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by class timetables.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children, youth sports, fitness, or educational environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patience skills with the ability to remain calm in a dynamic environment.
• Physically active and able to move around the gym floor energetically.
