Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional Japanese hair design services including precision haircutting, styling, coloring, highlights, perming, and rebonding.
- Provide personalized hair and scalp consultations, recommending customized treatments and aftercare styling products to clients.
- Stay abreast of contemporary Japanese and international hair trends, techniques, and aesthetic styling methods.
- Perform hair washing, blow-drying, scalp treatments, and hair care services following salon service standards.
- Maintain high salon hygiene, sterilizing styling tools and keeping work stations clean and organized.
- Build and nurture enduring client relationships to grow a loyal client base and drive repeat visits.
- Participate actively in ongoing technical training sessions and workshops conducted by the salon.
