Job Overview

HY Wellness is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hairstylist to join their salon team at Geylang Road. This full-time position offers flexible working hours, pre-employment training, and attractive earning potential up to $5,500 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional hair styling, cutting, washing, blow-drying, and treatment services tailored to client preferences.
• Provide expert consultations on haircare routines, styles, and appropriate salon products.
• Maintain high standards of salon hygiene, ensuring work stations, styling chairs, and hairdressing tools are properly sanitized and sterilized.
• Manage appointment schedules, welcome walk-in customers, and ensure a warm and relaxing salon experience.
• Participate actively in pre-commencement training sessions to align with company styling and service standards.
• Handle POS transactions and support retail sales of haircare products where required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in hair styling or related personal care/beauty salon roles.
• Candidates with prior experience in similar hairdressing or wellness environments will be given priority.
• Comprehensive training will be provided prior to the commencement of work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
• Able to adapt to a flexible working hours arrangement.
