Job Overview

Jewels Creative Packaging Pte. Ltd. is hiring meticulous, dependable, and physically capable Hand Packers to support its packaging and fulfillment operations in Singapore. Available on both permanent and contract full-time bases, this entry-level role is responsible for precision labeling, product assembly, quality inspection, and accurate packing while maintaining stock integrity under the guidance of team supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform neat and precise labeling, barcode application, and packing of products in accordance with client specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Verify packaging materials, raw supplies, and finished stock counts to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Inspect products during packing to identify and set aside defective items or damaged goods.
• Follow daily workflow schedules and direct instructions from line leaders and production supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free packing station and work area.
• Complete ad-hoc operational, sorting, or warehouse duties promptly as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

• No prior working experience required; complete on-the-job training will be provided to all new hires.
• Prior experience in packing, manufacturing, assembly lines, or warehouse fulfillment is an added advantage.
• Physically fit with the stamina to handle prolonged standing and repetitive packing motions throughout shifts.
• Meticulous attention to detail with high manual dexterity and accuracy.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
