Health Attendant

ANG MO KIO – THYE HUA KWAN HOSPITAL LTD. is looking for dedicated Health Attendants to support ward operations and patient care at their facility in Ang Mo Kio. This Full Time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about contributing to a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients recovering in a community hospital setting.

📋 Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with the nursing team to maintain ward hygiene and assist with patient-related logistics:

• Environment Maintenance: Perform regular tidying and cleaning of patient bed areas, including bedside lockers, overbed tables, and commode chairs.

• Dietary Support: Manage daily pantry duties such as receiving food trolleys, serving and collecting food trays, and preparing beverages. You will also assist in the oral feeding of patients under nursing supervision.

• Admission Support: Assist nurses in preparing for new admissions by ensuring beds are made and patient pyjamas are ready.

• Logistics & Transport: Responsible for the safe transportation of patients within the hospital, as well as the delivery of medical specimens and documents.

🎓 Job Requirements

• Experience: No experience is required; this is an entry-level role suitable for those new to the healthcare industry.

• Skills: Must be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.

• Physicality: Ability to manage the physical demands of cleaning, tidying, and transporting patients and equipment.

⏰ Working Hours & Shifts

The role requires a commitment to a 6-day work week with rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.

• AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

• PM Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

💰 Salary & Details

• Monthly Salary: $1,600 to $1,900.

• Location: 17 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 9, Singapore 569766.
