SENTOSA BEACH RESORT PTE LTD is seeking a meticulous Housekeeping Supervisor to join the world-class team at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore. As a supervisor in this international resort destination, you will be responsible for upholding the high standards of luxury and cleanliness that the Shangri-La Group is known for globally.

📋 Key Responsibilities

You will oversee the daily heartbeat of the guestroom operations, ensuring every room is a sanctuary for arriving guests:

• Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth daily execution of guestroom cleaning and maintenance schedules.

• Quality Control: Supervise team performance and perform rigorous inspections to maintain impeccable room cleanliness.

• Maintenance Coordination: Proactively identify and report any maintenance-related issues, ensuring they are resolved according to brand standards.

• Guest Engagement: Interact with international and domestic travelers professionally, assisting with requests to enhance their stay experience.

• Leadership Support: Support the Assistant Housekeeper in managing the department and meeting quality assurance benchmarks.

🎓 Job Requirements

• Experience: Requires at least 2 years of experience in a hotel or resort environment, specifically within Housekeeping operations.

• Skills: Strong understanding of guestroom operations and cleaning techniques, paired with experience in team supervision.

• Communication: Strong guest engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, international clientele.

• Attributes: Must be highly detail-focused and guest-oriented.

• Monthly Salary: $2,700 to $3,200.
