Key Responsibilities
- Process customer import orders, shipping instructions, and freight documentation timely and accurately.
- Perform prompt data entry, tracking, and updating of freight transactions in the logistics management system.
- Liaise actively and professionally with customers, shipping lines, airlines, carriers, hauliers, warehouses, and overseas agents for smooth freight handling.
- Monitor shipment progress closely to ensure smooth transit from vessel sailing until arrival (ETA) at destination.
- Handle cargo documentation, bill of lading processing, customs permit declarations, and systematic filing.
- Ensure full compliance with client requirements, standard operating procedures, and trade regulations.
- Monitor job files, verify cost and selling figures accurately, and update financial entries promptly in the system.
- Ensure all event milestones are recorded correctly and close completed job files with absolute completeness.
