Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Advisory: Sell exquisite gold jewellery, diamonds, and luxury items while providing expert product advice and recommendations.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and support with exceptional warmth and professionalism.
- Store Transactions & Operations: Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain pristine store appearance and visual merchandising standards across showcases and displays.
