Job Overview

Kiztopia Services Pte. Ltd., a premier family edutainment and mega indoor playground brand dedicated to experiential learning and meaningful play, is hiring an energetic, cheerful, and child-friendly Junior Crew to join its operations across Singapore. Operating on a 5-day shift work week (maximum 44 hours) with attractive performance and attendance incentives, staff discounts, medical benefits, and career advancement opportunities, this full-time role places you at the frontline of guest relations, crowd safety management, and interactive play facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end visitor touchpoints, ensuring a welcoming, high-energy, and memorable edutainment experience for children and families.
• Perform admission check-ins and check-outs using ticketing systems, assisting with visitor verification and membership inquiries.
• Execute crowd control protocols and supervise play zones to ensure playground safety and adherence to visitor safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of playground cleanliness, hygiene, tidiness, and facility upkeep across play structures and party rooms.
• Inspect and upkeep indoor playground equipment, interactive gaming installations, and soft play apparatuses.
• Manage merchandise and operational inventory, stock organization, and storage room maintenance.
• Support birthday party celebrations, seasonal events, stage performances, and experiential activity programs.
• Collaborate with operations supervisors to execute ad-hoc duties and ensure seamless daily branch workflows.

Working Hours, Location & Compensation Benefits

• Work Schedule: 5-day shift work week (not exceeding 44 hours per week), including weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.
• Work Location: Islandwide across Kiztopia outlets in Singapore (assigned based on business requirements).
• Remuneration & Perks: Competitive base salary ($1,700 - $1,800/month), monthly sales incentive awards, monthly attendance incentives, staff referral fees, and annual variable performance bonuses.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or family entertainment environments is an advantage (fresh candidates with a passion for working with children are welcomed).
• Strong affinity for interacting with young children and families, displaying high energy, patience, enthusiasm, and a positive service attitude.
• Physically fit with the stamina to stand and walk for extended periods during active shift rotations.
• Flexible and adaptable to commit to a rotating shift schedule covering weekends and public holidays.
