Job Overview

Brawn & Brains Coffee Pte. Ltd., a popular specialty café brand located at Hamilton Road (near Kallang), is seeking a passionate, energetic, and hardworking Part-Time Kitchen Assistant. Offering an attractive hourly salary ranging from $13 to $15, this part-time executive role involves assisting with daily food preparation, maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety, washing and organizing utensils, and supporting the culinary team in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen chefs and crew with daily food preparation, ingredient assembly, and café kitchen operations.
• Ensure all food products and menu components are freshly prepared and meet strict quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen premises, prep counters, and equipment.
• Wash, clean, sterilize, and organize kitchen utensils, cookware, and workstations efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and assist with basic inventory management and ordering checks.
• Strictly follow food safety, NEA hygiene standards, and kitchen safety protocols at all times.
• Support the kitchen and front-of-house team collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating the ability to work independently.

• Employment Type: Part Time.

• Work Location: Brawn & Brains Coffee, Hamilton Road (near Kallang MRT precinct), Singapore.
• Hourly Salary: $13 to $15 per hour.
• Work Schedule: Part-time hours requiring availability to work on weekends and Public Holidays based on café operational needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant kitchen, café, or F&B operational experience is required.
• Available and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and possess a strong team-player mindset.
• Physically fit and capable of handling routine kitchen duties in a dynamic café setting.
