Job Overview

Have Fun Bugis Pte. Ltd. is seeking an energetic, reliable, and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join its vibrant F&B and entertainment operations team for islandwide outlets. Offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from $2,500 to $3,000 on a permanent full-time basis, this entry-level role requires no prior experience as full training will be provided. You will support the chef in ingredient preparation, fruit and beverage creation, inventory replenishment, and maintaining strict kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ingredient Preparation: Assist in washing, chopping, preparing, and timely replenishing of ingredients for daily food preparation.
• Beverage & Fruit Station: Prepare fresh fruits and beverages promptly according to outlet standards and orders.
• Stock Organization: Ensure all food products, ingredients, and supplies are properly organized and placed in designated storage locations at appointed times.
• Kitchen Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain immaculate cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitization across the kitchen premises before, during, and after operational hours.
• Chef Support: Assist the head chef and kitchen team with any ad-hoc culinary and operational duties as required.
