Job Overview

4Fingers Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking dedicated, hardworking, and energetic Kitchen Crew members to join its fast-paced restaurant operations islandwide. Offering a full-time non-executive position with a monthly salary ranging from $2,250 to $2,400, you will handle food preparation and cooking (including frying), operate commercial kitchen equipment, maintain strict hygiene standards, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth restaurant service.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook food items according to established company recipes, portioning standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Kitchen Equipment Operation: Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely, efficiently, and in accordance with safety procedures.
• Kitchen Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation across all workstations and kitchen equipment, complying fully with Singapore food safety guidelines.
• Inventory & Operations Support: Assist in receiving and storing inventory supplies, and support team members during peak dining hours to ensure fast, smooth service.

• Work Location: Islandwide 4Fingers restaurant outlets, Singapore.
• Monthly Salary: $2,250 to $2,400.
• Work Schedule: Shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role within the fast-food industry (QSR) is required.
• Must possess a valid Food Hygiene Level 1 certificate.
• Ability to thrive and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
