Key Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, prep counters, and scullery stations.
- Wash, sanitize, and systematically organize pots, pans, service crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist chefs and kitchen crew with basic prep duties, ingredient organization, and receiving stock.
- Manage waste disposal, empty kitchen bins regularly, and keep floors clean and hazard-free.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth back-of-house operations during service periods.
