Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Safety & Monitoring: Monitor swimming pools, beaches, and recreational water zones to identify and respond to potential safety hazards and emergencies promptly.
- Rule Enforcement: Enforce safety regulations, facility guidelines, and security measures to protect all visitors effectively.
- Emergency Response: Execute professional water rescue operations and administer first aid / CPR as needed to ensure visitor well-being.
- Guest Communication: Communicate clearly, politely, and courteously with guests to promote a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable beach club environment.
- Incident Reporting & Teamwork: Document and report all incidents accurately and collaborate closely with team members to maintain security.
