Job Overview
STA Pharmaceutical Singapore Pte. Ltd., a leading global CRDMO (Contract Research, Development, and Manufacturing Organization) provider, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and bilingual Logistics Specialist. Based at 10A Tuas South Avenue 12, this full-time Junior Executive role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from $4,000 to $7,000. You will be responsible for executing GMP/GDP-compliant warehouse operations, managing material receiving, inventory control, shipment preparation, customs documentation, and facilitating cross-cultural technical communication between Singapore and international teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor daily logistics and warehouse activities at the Tuas facility, including material receiving, location assignment, shelving, physical inventory cycle counting, picking, and shipment preparation.
- Establish, maintain, and refine warehouse management procedures, logs, and record-keeping systems strictly compliant with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
- Prepare import and export customs clearance documentation for domestic and international shipments, coordinating closely with freight forwarders, local authorities, and customs under QA guidance.
- Utilize the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiently to execute logistics transactions, track inventory movements, and ensure real-time data accuracy.
- Participate actively in 5S workplace organization, safety management protocols, and temperature-controlled cold-room/storage environment monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and complete other ad-hoc logistics assignments directed by management.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations within the CRDMO, pharmaceutical, chemical, or biomedical manufacturing industries.
- Bilingual proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Chinese to facilitate fluent technical communication with local teams and technical counterparts in China.
- Thorough working knowledge of daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory auditing).
