Material Handler (12-Hour Shift / 12-Month Contract) - Pall Filtration

Job Overview

Pall Filtration Pte Ltd, a Danaher operating company and global leader in high-tech filtration, separation, and purification technologies, is hiring a focused, safety-conscious Material Handler to join its Supply Chain & Logistics Department at 13 Benoi Sector. Operating on a 12-hour shift pattern under a 12-month contract, this role reports directly to the Materials Supervisor and is vital in executing material receipts, SAP inventory tracking, forklift material movements, and line-side replenishment for advanced manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify physical contents against shipping manifests, check for freight damages, and record receipts accurately in SAP.
• Put away accepted materials systematically into designated warehouse locations, racks, and temperature-controlled storage bays.
• Retrieve materials, components, and raw stock based on production pick lists and work orders, ensuring proper packaging and labelling for internal manufacturing lines.
• Operate forklifts, motorized pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely to load, unload, and stage cargo containers and transport lorries.
• Perform regular cycle counts and annual wall-to-wall physical inventory audits, assisting in identifying root causes and reconciling discrepancies.
• Conduct quality and quantity verifications on outgoing shipments before dispatch, promptly isolating and reporting any damaged or non-conforming items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and 5S/hazard-free warehouse environment while adhering to Danaher Business System (DBS) continuous improvement and safety standards.
• Perform basic warehouse administrative data entry, filing, and SAP inventory adjustments.

Shift Patterns & Working Terms

• Shift Structure: 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Contract Duration: 12-month renewable contract (Full Time).
• Location: 13 Benoi Sector, Singapore 629860 (Jurong Industrial Estate).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of logistics, warehouse material handling, or supply chain operational experience (preferably within manufacturing, biopharma, or chemical environments).
• Proficient in operating forklifts and pallet jacks (holding a valid Singapore Forklift Driver's License / WSQ Forklift Certificate is advantageous).
• Practical working knowledge of warehouse management systems, particularly SAP inventory transactions.
• Strong commitment to workplace environmental health and safety (EHS) and Danaher compliance guidelines.
• Physically capable of handling production equipment, manual lifting, and working 12-hour shifts.
• Good team communication and interpersonal skills.
