Job Overview

Leong Hup Food Pte. Ltd., a leading poultry and food processing enterprise in Singapore, is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Meat Processing Machine Operator to join its production facility at Senoko Industrial Estate. This permanent position plays an essential role in daily plant manufacturing, running processing machinery, performing quality inspections, and handling the picking and packing of finished meat products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily meat processing and machinery operating duties on the factory floor according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and operate food processing machinery safely during daily production cycles.
• Support the post-processing handling, sorting, and grading of finished poultry and meat products.
• Pick, pack, seal, and label meat products accurately to prepare them for cold storage and delivery dispatch.
• Inspect products during processing to ensure strict compliance with quality, weight, and hygiene specifications.
• Wash down, clean, and sanitize food production machinery, cutting equipment, and workstations daily in line with food safety guidelines.
• Carry out ad-hoc production and warehouse tasks as instructed by the production supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a manufacturing, food production, or meat processing plant environment.
• Able to handle raw poultry/meat products and comfortable working in cold-room/factory conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks, standing for long shifts, and lifting packaged goods.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and committed to high standards of food hygiene.
• Good team player with a positive attitude toward shift duties and operational teamwork.
