Job Overview

Warren Golf & Country Club is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and organized Member Relations Officer to join its club operations team. Located at 81 Choa Chu Kang Way (688263), this full-time executive role offers a monthly salary ranging from $2,200 to $2,500. You will serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests, handling golf bookings, handicap verification, tournament coordination, tee-off announcements, and general member services while ensuring an exceptional club experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Golf Bookings & Tee-off Management: Process golf sessions and coordinate tee-off times according to club policy and guidelines in collaboration with starters.
• Handicap & Tournament Operations: Verify members' handicaps accurately, inform members of tournament tee-off times, and assist in planning and executing major club competitions and events.

• Member Communications & Enquiries: Address member and guest needs professionally, responding to enquiries regarding booking fees, membership rates, and club outlet operating hours.
• Club Compliance: Apply knowledge of the club's rules and regulations to maintain proper conduct and fair play standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, or club/administrative operations.
• Strong interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills with a empathetic, service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of golf handicapping, competition formats, and integrated management systems (IMS) is an advantage (training provided).
