Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
The candidate is required to have a minimum Secondary School or Form 5 educational qualification. They should be legally eligible to work in Singapore. The candidate must be fully capable of and willing to commit to the 5.5-day work week schedule, including weekends. They must be able to read and write proficiently in both English and Chinese to accurately process bilingual administrative work and liaise with a diverse donor base.
Experience needed
This is a fresh and entry-level position in the administrative and secretarial sector. While the role accommodates entry-level candidates, having 2 years of relevant working experience is indicated as a standard for this role. Prior experience in general office administration, handling donor relations, or working within a non-profit organization will be considered a strong asset. On the job familiarization regarding the specific welfare society’s databases and event registration protocols will be fully provided to the selected candidates.
