Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for steaming, ironing, and blowing garments to prepare them for packaging. They will use steam presses to accurately shape garments and safely remove or add creases as required. The candidate will perform thorough quality checks on garments before final packaging and delivery to customers. They will complete all assigned production duties by actively maintaining the cleanliness of the work area and equipment. They will also manage their time efficiently and support their team members to ensure smooth laundry operations.
Required qualifications
The candidate is not required to have any formal higher education degree. They should be legally eligible to work in Singapore. The candidate must be fully capable of commuting to the Pioneer location and committing to the 6-day work week schedule. They must be open to working overtime if required by the operational demands. Candidates who are able to start work at short notice will be at a strong advantage.
Experience needed
This is a fresh and entry level position in the manufacturing and laundry sector. The candidate is not required to have any prior working experience. However, candidates with previous experience in pressing or ironing are highly encouraged to apply and will find their skills advantageous. Comprehensive on the job training regarding the specific steam presses and garment quality standards will be fully provided to the selected candidates.

Benefits
