Job Overview

Lotte Travel Retail Singapore Pte. Ltd. is hiring a dynamic and dependable Part-time Midnight Packer to support duty-free airport retail operations. Based out of Asia Green (Tampines Grande) and supporting Changi Airport logistics, this role handles order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and airside deliveries during night and midnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries, unload freight, and inspect shipment quantities against documentation.
• Support the staging, sorting, and execution of outgoing stock transfers and merchandise returns.
• Verify and maintain inventory movement documentation and dispatch paperwork.
• Deliver duty-free customer purchases directly to departure gate holding rooms before flight boarding gate closure.
• Organize, stack, and safely store incoming merchandise within back-end storerooms and warehouse holding areas.
• Replenish retail displays and top up stock levels across airport concession stores.
• Pick, pack, verify, and fulfill online pre-orders via the iShopChangi e-commerce fulfillment platform.
• Perform other ad-hoc warehousing and retail logistics duties as assigned by store managers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• No prior work experience is required; entry-level applicants and fresh job seekers are welcome to apply.
• Physically fit and capable of carrying, moving, and stacking heavy cartons and bulk retail stock.
• Comfortable working midnight shifts and rotating operational rosters.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of working efficiently under tight boarding deadlines.
• Must be able to commit to the role for a minimum period of 2 months.
