Ltd. is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic Patient Service Associate for its Cardiac Clinics located at Outram Community Hospital (10 Hospital Boulevard). Offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from $2,500 to $3,800 on a full-time basis, this frontline healthcare role involves managing patient registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection, conducting basic patient assessments, assisting doctors and radiographers in consultation and scan rooms, and supporting clinic service improvement initiatives to ensure smooth patient flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform frontline administrative and patient service duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and payment collection.
• Provide operational and clinical support to doctors, radiographers, and patients in consultation and scan rooms.
• Conduct basic patient assessments and assist safely with the transfer of patients onto scanner tables.
• Liaise closely with various hospital departments to coordinate patient appointments for diagnostic tests and specialized procedures.
• Brief patients thoroughly on pre-test preparations, fasting requirements, and post-procedure care instructions.
• Support clinic service quality improvement initiatives, workflow enhancements, and administrative projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum general Diploma, GCE 'O'/'N'/'A' Level, Certificate in Clinic Practice, Healthcare (Administrative Support), or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Pleasant disposition, customer-centric attitude, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to speak a second language or local dialect is an advantage to effectively liaise with non-English speaking patients.
