Job Overview

Anradus Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a dependable and physically fit Poultry Processing Worker (#79465) on behalf of an established poultry farm and food processing facility based in Boon Lay. In this permanent, full-time production role, you will operate processing machinery, handle raw poultry goods in temperature-controlled production lines, adhere to strict food safety SOPs, and maintain rigorous workplace hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate food processing, cutting, portioning, and packaging machinery in accordance with equipment guidelines.
• Follow poultry processing recipes, cutting specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOP) strictly.
• Sort, grade, weigh, and pack processed poultry products into crates and baskets for distribution.
• Maintain high food hygiene and sanitation standards across processing stations, utensils, and production floors.
• Comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety regulations and workplace safety protocols.
• Assist in moving, staging, and transferring packed poultry products weighing between 10kg and 15kg.
• Report equipment anomalies or product quality discrepancies promptly to line supervisors.

Working Hours & Compensation Structure

• Salary Package: Gross salary $2,500 – $2,900 per month (Basic $1,600 – $1,800 + Overtime Pay).
• Working Hours: 5 days or 6 days work week (12-hour shifts):
  • Day Shifts: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
  • Evening shifts also available based on operational rostering
• Working Location: Boon Lay, Singapore.
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time.

Requirements & Qualifications

• No prior working experience required; complete on-the-job machine operation and food handling training will be provided.
• Must maintain high standards of personal grooming and food hygiene.
• Physically fit and able to withstand physical work demands: standing for extended periods, carrying baskets weighing 10kg to 15kg, and working in cool room temperatures (10°C to 15°C).
