Located at Tembeling Centre (252 Tembeling Road), this permanent full-time non-executive role offers a monthly salary ranging from $2,400 to $3,000. You will manage daily administrative operations, handle parent communications, prepare reports, and support the school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative & Clerical Support: Handle paperwork, documentation, record filing, and prepare various administrative reports.
• Parent Enquiries & Front Desk: Manage phone enquiries, attend to walk-in parents, provide centre information warmly, and represent the preschool professionally.
• Centre Operations: Assist with general centre administration, scheduling, and supporting teachers and management to ensure smooth daily workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications
