Job Overview

SuperGenius Preschool Oasis Pte. Ltd. is seeking a caring, reliable, and thorough Preschool Cleaner to maintain top-tier hygiene and cleanliness at its early childhood education center located within Oasis Terraces along Punggol Drive. In this full-time role, you will play an essential part in safeguarding the health and well-being of young children and staff by ensuring classrooms, restrooms, play areas, toys, and eating spaces remain thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily comprehensive cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfection of classroom floors, corridors, and communal preschool areas.
• Scrub, sanitize, and disinfect children's and adult washrooms, toilet bowls, washbasins, and diaper-changing stations regularly.
• Wipe down, clean, and thoroughly disinfect educational toys, learning resources, activity mats, and classroom furniture according to strict preschool hygiene protocols.
• Assist in tidying up and sanitizing dining tables, high chairs, and pantry areas following children's snack times and lunch periods.
• Clear trash bins promptly, replace bin liners, and ensure proper waste disposal in compliance with school health standards.
• Perform routine stock counts of cleaning detergents, sanitizers, gloves, and supplies, alerting center administration when replenishment is needed.
• Clean up spills, art activity areas, and unexpected messes promptly to maintain a hazard-free learning environment.
• Strictly adhere to Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) health, safety, infection-control guidelines, and school cleaning schedules.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience (prior cleaning or housekeeping experience in schools, childcare centers, preschools, or healthcare facilities is preferred).
• Comfortable and patient working in an active preschool environment surrounded by young children.
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out active, hands-on housekeeping and manual cleaning tasks.
• Solid understanding of sanitation, disinfection standards, and environmental hygiene practices.
• Responsible, punctual, dependable, and attentive to hygiene details.
• Pleasant, cooperative team player with a supportive working attitude.
