Job Overview
Orchid Laundry is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator / Checker & Packer to support industrial laundry and finishing operations at Gul Link. This full-time manufacturing role focuses on machine operations, linen folding, tagging, quality checking, and packing to meet daily output schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload laundry washing, drying, and finishing machinery.
- Fold, bundle, pack, and attach identification tags to clean laundry and linen items.
- Set up, operate, monitor, and clean production line equipment and machinery.
- Apply correct product labels and pack customer orders according to daily specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks to detect damaged linen or hygiene flaws, reporting any issues promptly.
- Support warehouse and production stock taking, inventory tracking, and work area housekeeping.
- Fulfill packing schedules accurately and assist with ad-hoc factory duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production, packing, or laundry manufacturing environment (fresh/entry-level applicants welcome).
- Physically fit and comfortable handling active standing, folding, and manual packing duties.
- High attention to detail regarding cleanliness, tagging accuracy, and order fulfillment.
