Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for the success, delivery, and lifecycle of the assigned projects.
Variation Management: Identify and interpret customer change requests and manage variation orders effectively.
Progress Tracking: Monitor and report project progress to management and customers, covering submittals, schedules, costs, procurement, and quality.
Cost Control: Forecast and monitor financial commitments, ensuring cost, revenue, and invoices meet the company’s sales targets.
Customer Relations: Attend client meetings, address inquiries, provide solutions to areas of concern, and plan work schedules.
Leadership: Support and guide Project Engineers in large or complex project situations and conduct on-time reviews with Project Leaders.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of Project Management experience specifically in System Integration, Building Management Systems (BMS), or ACMV systems.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to fluently interact with customers and stakeholders.
Attributes: Innovative, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a strong passion for Energy Efficiency.
Local Knowledge: Proven exposure to executing projects in Singapore.
Certifications: PMI Certification (PMP) is highly preferred.
