DAY ONE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Public Area Attendant to manage the cleanliness and maintenance of common spaces. Based at Novelty Bizcentre in Howard Road, this Full Time role ensures that high-traffic areas remain presentable and hygienic for all users.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves rigorous maintenance of floors, restrooms, and general facilities:
Floor Care: Sweep, scrub, mop, and vacuum both hard floors and carpeted areas.
Restroom Maintenance: Conduct frequent checks of all restrooms to clean them and replenish amenities like soap and paper supplies efficiently.
Specialized Cleaning: Use appropriate machines and mechanical attachments for upholstery cleaning and ensure the correct care and maintenance of all tools used.
Waste Management: Carry out correct procedures for rubbish disposal and maintain a tidy environment.
Reporting: Identify and report all defects or maintenance issues to your superior immediately.
Required Qualifications & Experience
