Staff Nurse

FARRER PARK HOSPITAL PTE. LTD. is expanding its nursing family and is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join their inpatient team at Connexion. 📋 Key Responsibilities

The role involves delivering high-quality, professional nursing services in accordance with established medical standards:

• Patient Care Management: Provide a high standard of care through the complete nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care tailored to individual patient needs.

• Safety & Standards: Ensure the safe delivery of care in accordance with the hospital’s established nursing policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Clinical Support: Assist and support the Nurse Manager or Nurse Clinician with ad-hoc clinical and administrative tasks as required.

🎓 Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

• Professional Advantage: Candidates holding an Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent will be given preference.

• Experience: Requires at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.

• Soft Skills: Must be a meticulous and analytical team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

⏰ Working Hours & Schedule

The role requires flexibility to ensure 24/7 patient coverage:

• Shifts: Must be willing to commit to 3 rotating shifts.

• Job Type: Permanent, Full Time.

• Monthly Salary: $3,500 to $7,000.
