HomelyCare Services Pte. Ltd., a purpose-driven home-support company founded by caregivers to assist families and seniors with elderly care, household chores, and grocery runs, is hiring freelance Residential Cleaners islandwide. This role offers flexible, choose-your-own-schedule work arrangements (ideal for Singaporeans and PRs seeking supplementary income), helping busy family caregivers and elderly residents maintain clean, comfortable, and hygienic homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough residential cleaning across living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and restrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floor surfaces; wipe down and dust furnishings, fixtures, and tabletops.
• Deep clean kitchen countertops, sink basins, stovetops, and exterior surfaces of home appliances.
• Scrub, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, toilet bowls, shower cubicles, and washbasins.
• Clear household trash, replace bin liners, and tidy up common living spaces.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and assist with light laundry/folding upon client request.
• Adhere strictly to individual homeowner instructions, including the careful handling of client-provided cleaning equipment and solutions.
• Exercise utmost respect for homeowner belongings, personal privacy, and home confidentiality.
• Identify and promptly report any pre-existing damages, safety hazards, or welfare concerns regarding senior clients to HomelyCare.

Flexibility & Earning Model

• Job Nature: Freelance assignments paid per assignment (rate equivalent to $15 to $20 per hour).
• Work Arrangements: Flexi-Hours — select and accept assignments that match your personal schedule and geographic preference.
• Location: Islandwide across residential estates in Singapore.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience (prior experience in domestic, residential, or commercial cleaning is an advantage).
• Practical understanding of the safe and effective use of household cleaning agents and equipment.
• Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and punctual with a strong eye for detail.
• Physically fit and able to manage active chores involving standing, bending, lifting, and walking.
• Friendly, patient, and courteous disposition, particularly when interacting with elderly clients.
• Ability to speak Chinese dialects such as Hokkien, Teochew, or Cantonese is an added advantage when communicating with senior residents.
