Job Overview

Ban Leong Pawnshop Pte. Ltd., established in 2006, is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to join its growing pawnbroking and second-hand trading team. Located at Admiralty Place (678A Woodlands Avenue 6), this full-time non-executive role offers a monthly salary ranging from $1,800 to $2,000. Fresh candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply, as on-the-job training is provided. You will handle sales, trade-ins, and loan transactions for gold and timepieces, provide excellent customer service, and support daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver professional, courteous service and respond promptly to phone and walk-in customer inquiries.
• Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks, data entry, and record-keeping to ensure smooth store operations and resolve administrative issues.
• Store Maintenance & Housekeeping: Support daily store operations, maintain store cleanliness and visual standards, and create a welcoming environment.

Working Location, Schedule & Compensation

• Employment Type: Full Time.
• Job Level: Non-executive (Fresh/Entry Level with no experience required; training provided).
• Work Location: Admiralty Place, 678A Woodlands Avenue 6, Singapore 731678 (Woodlands residential and commercial hub).
