Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership and accountability for individual sales productivity, KPI targets, and utilize store resources effectively.
  • Engage shoppers, read customer cues, and tailor the styling and selling approach to meet diverse consumer needs.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, loyalty programs, and personalized follow-ups.
