Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service to all shoppers at all times.
• Perform accurate cashiering duties and handle various retail payment services such as utility bill payments, cash withdrawals, top-ups, and parcel collection.
• Maximize store sales and profitability by proactively upselling promotional items, ready-to-eat meals, and snacks.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and a visually appealing product layout across all aisles.
• Replenish stocks and arrange products neatly on shelves according to the store planogram.
• Perform any other ad-hoc retail operational duties assigned by the Store Manager.

• Employment Type: Full Time (Central Area / Islandwide deployment).

• Monthly Salary: $2,300 to $2,500.
• Work Schedule: 6-day work week covering 3 rotating shifts.
