Job Overview

Shangyi Logistics Consultant Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and client-focused Sales Representative to join its expanding sales team. Based at Oxley Tower (138 Robinson Road), this full-time contract role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from $2,800 to $4,000. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply. You will drive regional channel sales growth, manage client relationships, monitor store merchandising standards, and oversee receivables and payment risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Sales Development: Develop and execute strategic channel sales plans to expand and manage regional client portfolios and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
• Store & Inventory Monitoring: Conduct regular store and client visits to monitor sales performance, shelf stock levels, merchandising standards, and product availability.
• Data & Operations Support: Provide accurate sales, inventory, and purchasing data to support store promotional activities and resolve client issues promptly.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, effective communication with clients to understand their needs, enhance satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Financial Risk Management: Manage client payment term risks by monitoring accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on logistics and industry trends to recommend innovative strategies for improving channel sales performance.
