Working Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, this role is crucial for ingredient preparation, kitchen equipment safety, grocery ordering, and maintaining immaculate culinary hygiene standards for student lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of the school teaching kitchens, cooking bays, and preparation rooms before and after classes.
- Manage online grocery procurement, check deliveries upon receipt, and ensure ingredients match lesson specifications and quality standards.
- Pre-measure, cut, and portion culinary ingredients and set up cooking utensils and appliances for practical lessons.
- Conduct systematic stock-taking and inventory checks of kitchen utensils and cookware.
- Assist teachers in accounting for and safely storing sharp equipment (knives, blades, shears) following strict school safety protocols.
- Inspect and clean returned cooking equipment, ensuring all items are sanitized and neatly arranged.
- Monitor the functional condition and maintenance needs of kitchen hardware and report faulty appliances for repair.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Morning Schedule).

Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a school kitchen, commercial kitchen, or food preparation environment.
- Familiar with food hygiene standards, safe kitchen practices, and kitchen inventory accounting.
- Comfortable with basic computer/mobile use for online grocery ordering.
