Key Responsibilities
- Patrol & Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of public areas, meeting rooms, entrances, and perimeter grounds. Monitor surveillance cameras and check for unauthorized persons, unlocked doors, and safety hazards.
- Safety & Loss Prevention: Investigate loss and safety incidents involving guests or employees, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and hotel loss control policies.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly and courteously to guest incidents, complaints, and emergencies, including administering CPR or coordinating with EMS/medical personnel when necessary.
- Incident Reporting & Logs: Maintain accurate departmental logs (lost and found, key control, emergency logs) and complete detailed incident reports for management, police, or legal agencies.
- Access Control & Inspections: Verify employee identification and time cards, perform bag checks as designated, and manage guest room access and valuenotes storage.
