Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly, and professional frontline service to all restaurant guests and wine retail customers.
- Interact actively with diners, offer expert menu and wine recommendations, and drive sales through upselling food and beverage items.
- Actively promote daily specials, retail promotions, and marketing activities to achieve outlet sales targets.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the dining area, bar, and outlet premises.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
